At Nakos Realty and Investments we don't pretend to be a large real estate company that offers every service conceivable. We are a small company offering personal, one-on-one, assistance to people requiring property management services for their small commercial properties and real estate consulting services.
We no longer deal with residential listings and sales, although we do offer consulting services for the quick sale of your property.
For a small fee of $125.00 we will come out to your home and make a property evaluation. Since we don't list properties for sale we can be objective and talk to you truthfully about what you should or shouldn't do to sell your property.
We will not do a market analysis or appraisal. Our function is to help you make your property more marketable in today's climate not to build you up with false claims about how much we can get for your property.
There are good agents out there that can do the same, however many times their judgment is clouded by the desire to list list your property for sale.
