Unlike most real estate companies we do not charge a high 6 to 7 percent commission to sell your property. With our discounted brokerage commission Program there are several options you can choose from. A commission of 1.5% payable at closing if another broker is not involved in the sale. You will typically have to pay a buyer's broker 2% to 3% of the sales price.
Still there are significant savings over the typical high commissions other real estate companies charge. Of Course, if you want to help pay for the fancy offices and fancy ads, then pay the difference.
