We can help. With our Discounted Brokerage Commission Program there are several options you can choose from. A commission of 2% to 5% of the sales price, depending on the amount of service that you desire, and how involved you want to be in the sale of your property. On a $175,000 home you could save up to $7,000 versus the $10,500 you would spend with the typical real estate company. We can even offer a flat $195 MLS listing fee.
Of Course, if you want to help pay for the fancy offices and fancy ads, then pay the $10,500. No cash for a down payment?
No problem! There are several programs availble that will help you with the down paymes. (Some with no repayment required!)
Need help with the closing costs?
Again, no problem! Some programs will allow you to finance part of the closing costs. An amount of up to 1% of the selling price of the home may be available to help you buy.
Money back just for buying?
Up to 1% of the purchase price back to you. That's $1,500 on a $150.000 home and $3,000 on a $300,000 home. Available to all qualified buyers, first time homebuyers or not, only through Nakos Realty & Investments. Apply the gift toward your closing costs and save your funds for other purchases, new carpets or a vacation, the choice is yours.
