Not all discount real estate companies are the same. Some offer flat fee listings, others offer MLS exposure, and still others discount their commissions while also discounting their service.
Nakos Realty & investments offers choice. You decide which program is best for you, whether you want a complete hands off approach or if you want to be fully involved in the selling process, the choice is yours.
Full Service -Discount Price!
Full service at a low 1.5% commission rate. How can we do this? Simple, we don't share a commission with anyone. If however, you want to have other brokers involved in finding a buyer we can offer a buyers broker from 2.5% to 3% commission making the total commission payable by you 4% to 5%. Still a significant savings from the typical 6% to 7% other companies charge.

Full Service -Flat Fee!
We also offer flat fee full service! A flat fee works like this; a listing fee of $500 that is payable upon listing the property and is non-refundable. A closing fee of $500 at closing making your total fee to us of only $1,000. Of course if another broker is involved in the transaction then you will also pay the buyer's agent a co-broker commission. (typically between 2 and 3 percent)
